1. Collected Information
Ai-Rang ('Service') collects the following information for membership and service provision.
- Required: Email, Social login info (Google), Child's name, gender, health records (medication, symptoms)
2. Purpose of Collection
Service uses collected information for the following purposes.
- Service provision and identity verification
- Health record management and analysis reports
- New service development and statistics
3. Retention Period
In principle, user information is destroyed without delay once the purpose is achieved. However, to prevent accidental deletion and provide recovery options, we apply the following policy:
- Upon Withdrawal Request: Service access is immediately suspended, and data is moved to a 'Secure Vault'.
- Grace Period: Data is retained for 30 days from the request date (Recovery can be requested via support during this time).
- Permanent Deletion: Data is permanently deleted from the server 30 days after withdrawal and cannot be recovered.
